a URL with # in it (doesn't error): https://https://www.pokecommunity.com/#top

this is only a test..

so, posting [url]#[/url] ([url]#[/url]) is bork when parsed (converts to [url]https://#[/url] and fails)

I had to add [noparse] [/noparse] tags to get this thread to display again.. to see actual code, just reply with quote (quote button/icon) and remove all the [noparse] and [/noparse] tags.
