Thought I'd post another of my awful teams for you bad S&Mers to rate for me. I know this team needs a lot of work, and tht's why I'm posting it. Please don't give super bad rates like using a Psycho Shift Krow or something bad.

Mesprit @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
Nature: Brave (+Atk -Spe)
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 160 SpA
Psychic
U-Turn
Stealth Rock
Grass Knot
I was never really fond of leads that don't set up anything at all, like Ambipom, but I also hated leads that use a Scarf or the trick tactic like Uxie. This is where Mesprit comes in. Unlike Uxie, Mesprit has enough bulk to take attacks dish some out again using Psychic and Grass Knot which take care of many leads in the UU metagame such as Omastar and Kabutops. Stealth Rock is mandatory on every team ever so that's there. U-Turn is for a quick escape from battle.

Qwilfish @ Leftovers
Trait: Poison Point
Nature: Impish (+Def -SpA)
EVs: 248 HP / 152 Def / 104 SpD / 4 Spe
Spikes
Poison Jab
Taunt
Pain Split
I don't really feel like hearing certain rants from certain users bout how Qwilfish should stay in NU or Roselia will wreck havoc, but I like Qwilfish and it really works well with this team. First of all it doesn't have the horrible 4x weakness to grass which Omastar has. Secondly it has Taunt and Pain Split, both which Omastar lack. Qwilfish can take hits from anything fairly weak as well which is really good.

Tangrowth @ Choice Specs
Trait: Chlorophyll
Nature: Modest (+SpA -Atk)
EVs: 20 HP / 252 Def / 236 SpA
Leaf Storm
Hidden Power
Focus Blast
Ancientpower
Tangrowth provides that awesome defense boost that the team really needs (aside from Kabutops) I've put on the Specs as well to give my team that real special boost which the rest of my team lack to do. Ancientpower is a weak and not very good move, but it's mainly there for coverage against Swellow or something and maybe Altaria.

Kabutops @ Leftovers
Trait: Battle Armor
Nature: Careful (+SpD -SpA)
EVs: 152 HP / 104 Atk / 252 SpD
Knock Off
Rapid Spin
Stone Edge
Waterfall
Since the team is based around Arcanine and that it has trouble switching in with all those entry hazards around, so I figured I could use a Rapid Spinner. This is where Kabutops comes in. Unlike other spinners like Blastoise, Kabutops has enough power to take on other teams on it's own, which is has done beforeuntil it died to a Lumineon. It being weak to two of the most common physical moves; Close Combat and Earthquake, Kabutops focuses on it's special defenses.

Mismagius @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
Nature: Calm (+SpD -Atk)
EVs: 252 HP / 60 SpA / 196 SpD
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power
Pain Split
Will-O-Wisp
Everyone knows that if you haveToxic Spikes set up on a UU team you need a Spin Blocker, and that's exactly what Mismagius is here to do. Yeah it may be vulnerable to Hitmontop and Foresight, but it does the job against other spinners. Shadow Ball and HP Fighting hits everything for at least neutral damage. Pain Split os for healing and W-o-W is for cripple-age.

Arcanine @ Life Orb
Trait: Flash Fire
Nature: Jolly (+Spe -SpA)
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 Spe
Flare Blitz
Thunder Fang
Extremespeed
Morning Sun
Arcanine is the star, or dog of my team, and I've based all my Pokemon around this set. Arcanine, or at least this set works fabulously with Spikes and that really helps when trying to take out Omastar. Thunder Fang is used for taking out Moltres which can really screw up teams if not dealt with properly. Flare Blitz is the STAB move of choice here, abling me to take out lots of Pokemon. Morning Sun is for self-healing which it really needs once Kabutops is out.
