7th Gen This stupid pichu

I want a pichu for then lets go cup but my stupid pichu won't evolve. it has full love and we "clearly spend a lot of time together" and I fed him three rainbow beans making his anus hearts over filled. he still won't evolve what the heck do I do?

yup. that's what she said. I fed pichu a TON of berries that raised its happiness but still won't work... And the pokemon refresh thing, I knew that.

Edit: I made that thing evolve by feeding him more berries. thanks for the help

Here is how I evolved my Pichu into Pikachu. I would send my Pichu out in battle and have it battle a flying type and water type and do not let your Pichu faint or else it will lose a lot of happiness.
