    Are Malefics able to be run as a proper deck yet, or do more releases in English need to be done? I would quite like a Malefic deck, so advice is very welcome as well.
     
    Many more releases are needed for them to be good.

    Honestly they aren't that good, aside from Malefic Stardust and Truth, maybe.
     
    Really, cause they seemed pretty good to me, when I read the description, fast summon, plus with skill drain you can have more than one with easy summon.
     
    You can make a potent deck with just Stardust and Truth Dragons. Maybe Blue-Eyes, but that's a bit heavy on the Tributes.
