Well if you are talking about comparing final fantasy and Pokemon and not the new games Fire Red and Leaf Green I think this topic might be in the wrong section.
That small system you are talking about it the gameboy w/o colour right?

whoops sorry about that Vito. :( Anyway you are right now that i think about it. it was late i was starting to feel the effects of sleep starting to take over me. i felt a need to state that. when i fall asleep i forget things like that.

I think it also has attracted more people because it isn't fury little animals that you catch in little balls. Plus the TV show is for a kid audience and most older people wouldn't feel comfortable buying Pok?mon stuff at the store. But now that you mention it I think that the first couple FF's are alot like Pokemon, but I like that Pokemon lasts longer.
