[Question] Threatened with being unable to play online!!!

    Through no fault of my own, the game has completely thrown me out of online raids and closed the software. This has happened to me 3 times this morning and when I last went to reconnect I had a warning on the screen telling me that if I just left the game again I would be blocked from playing online!!!
    There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection, it is strong and working fine, so whatever is causing this issue it not down to me.

    Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Also how do I contact Nintendo or Niantic to tell them of the issue and get them to fix it?

    That's the message that you get when you rage quit after doing a Tera Raid or playing online. Are you sure you're not forcing yourself to disconnect in the middle of battles or raids? You can also get this message if your Nintendo Switch crashes while you're online. That's also a possibility.

    I did not bail on any raids and my internet connection is superb, as I said in OP not due to any fault of my own. I am a Grandma and not given to 'rage quitting or forcing myself to disconnect during raids'.
    I believe the that the game is crashing on me so I how do I report this?
