Lucario is the only thing here that seams unstable, however, CC takes care of blissey that sees vacuum wave and thinks I have a choice specs XD

Oh wow, this is one of the biggest Weavile/Mamoswine weaknesses I've ever seen. You've loaded your first half with Pokemon weak to Ice and tried to balance that out with a special wall and some Pokemon resistant to Ice. But it seems you forgot about two of the most threatening OU Ice Pokemon.
You say you have Lucario to take care of them? But Lucario obviously can't switch in on a Brick Break or Earthquake, so it's not a proper counter.

Do you really need Gliscor? No you don't. As cool as Gliscor is, you already have Hippowdon and the hippo is much better at taking physical hits do to its massive HP.

Replace Gliscor with somethng that can handle the above two threats. Skarmory and Bronzong immediately come to mind. Both are immune to Sandstorm so they'll have no trouble fitting into your team. I prefer a a RestTalk Bronzong so it can absorb sleep. Normally that would be Blissey's job, but you gave yours Serene Grace, which is okay because she also has Aromatherapy so she'll be a good partner for Bronzong.

Lastly, Expert Belt on Lucario? If you're running both special and physical attacks, Life Orb is the obvious choice. But if you really wanted a MixCario, you would use something like this:

    Lucario @Life Orb
    Hasty/Naive Nature
    252 Atk / 228 Spd / 28 SAtk
    -Close Combat
    -Crunch
    -Hidden Power Ice
    -Blaze Kick/Psychic

Pretty effective actually. What you want to do is use an overall physical set to lure physical walls like Forretress, Gliscor, and Weezing. Not use a special set to lure special walls, which is what you were doing. It also outspeeds Salamence and folks, which is cool.
Taking out physical walls is also good because it helps Garchomp, who is obviously your main physical sweeper.

252 special attack is overkill. Meh. Blissey NEEDS the Special Defense this gen.

252 HP on Starmie is overkill, meh, run 4 HP, as it doesn't really need it. Starmie Isn't bulky, even with a few HP EVs.

Of course, Lucario wants Steadast > Inner Focus, also Specsluke 2HKO's Blissey, so consider that.

Put Spiritomb / Dusknoir to block Rapid Spin if you're using SR somewhere on this team.

Adding to the comment about Starmie, Recover is just redundant, even with a few HP Evs, no matter how you put it, It's frail.

Faster things will Taunt Gliscor before it can Taunt them.

    More later.

Recover is fine on Starmie if you run Bulkystar. I think that other thread is having too much of an influence. Considering this isn't a stall team, we aren't looking for super stallers and walls. Also using a ghost ONLY to block rapid spin on a team that doesn't use Spikes is a waste in my mind since it only takes one turn to set up and hardly does any damage anyways.

BTW I'm no Taunt fan on Gliscor, but I'm pretty sure nobody is going to try to Taunt a faster Taunt user. It's for shutting down possible stallers or sweepers that require a set-up from dooming Gliscor as they switch in. Though I'm no fan of it.

Ok I don't think at all in any bit that this team loses to the OU ice pokemon. Earthquake is only driven to be used on Lucario anyway. I wont swithc lucario in on a Weavile using a brick break on my blissey apparently. Gliscor does that and then a switch on luke while they use Ice Punch :) Vacuum Wave is an easy one. Mamoswine could cause troubles, saying that it takes care of my garchomp easily and with bilzzard provides threats. Close Combat takes care of it nonthe less.

HP Ice Raikou does rape this though :\
if they were HP grass, Garchomp says hi. HP Ice is usually taken care of by blissey, Siesmic toss might be needed, but what i'm trying to do with blissey here is have her as a wall that hits back. 252 sp.atk with scenre grace gets me a freeze or paralysis most of the time and that is what I want. to freeze or paralise threats with it + wall some pokemon.

Gliscor's Taunt is as Anti-Pop said, purely to stop slower things from being funny, and it outspeeds a bulky Gyara JUST TO TAUNT it.
I also do not see how Bulkystar with 252 HP EV's can be considered frail. It isn't frail it comes in rapids away as things run away because they are scared of it.

No, you still don't counter Weavile. Besides, Blissey never stays in on Weavile so Ice Punch might be headed straight at Gliscor. You can easily be outpredicted too. In other words, get a Weavile counter, you DO NOT counter it.

Raikou will just CM and Sub in Blissey's face until it has 6 CMs and can 2HKO Blissey easily. Nobody uses HP Grass Raikou anyways.

And then what...? Get hit by Ice Fang or a STAB Waterfall? Gliscor doesn't even do anything for this team that Hippowdon doesn't, at least not enough to justify its use.

I also do not see how Bulkystar with 252 HP EV's can be considered frail. It isn't frail it comes in rapids away as things run away because they are scared of it.

I would agree it isn't frail by this standard. But I certainly am not crazy about it on a team that gets absolutely HAMMERED by Weavile.

aragornbird's post about summed it up really. Take out Gliscor.
