Rotom. It can transform but it can only learn one new move, it is horrible.
And it scares you in Old Chateau... D:

I find that Electrike and Manectric are throwaways. I say two since they do go hand-in-hand.
 
Don't worry guys some of you have ranked up, I just haven't place it down on the front page yet. Been so busy both in life and on the computer. Just got Pokemon Heart Gold 2 days ago so I've started making a tutorial on youtube - Hard work and all
