Luxray has X-ray vision, I don't think Jolteon has it. :X
 
Luxray is the only electric pokemon who can do that from what I've seen

Nah I'd never forget TA, the reason I was away is because whenever I was on the forums I would be on the school computers and cause school is over I'm barely on the forums.

And also cause I'm working on some youtube videos as well
