4th Gen Thunder in Sandstorm

Does Thunder's accuracy decrease in the advent of Sandstorm?

Im not sure about a sandstorm but when it is raining it becomes more accurate.

it should since Electric moves dont effect ground type Pokemon, so when using a Sandstorm any electric move should have there accuracy lower

Well, Thunder gose to 100% in rain and 50% in sun...it might not change at all in sand. Haven't tried it.
