There was once a man named Gold Monkey.
His only talent was magic itself.
Gold Monkey had a learning disability,
But he was able to get passed that
And get into the Glorious Army
Of Magician King Picall.
A girl was what he found by joining.
A girl with the ability to manipulate
Nonetheless memories.
A year after the discovery of the girl,
There was a Civil War.
'What happened?' the girl shouts.
Seeing all the horror as the aftermath of the war,
Gold had decided to give away his life
Just to save the girl from the nightmares.
One of the enemies popped up after the war.
'Do you think it is that easy?' asked the enemy.
'This is my territory!' shouts Gold,
And nobody can enter without my permission!'
The enemy was already in the territory.
So Gold did the only thing he could do.
Using his runic magic,
Gold writes the enemy's name
With his sword.
The letters glow with gold light,
And the enemy dies with a heart attack.
But little did the master mage know
That killing someone on the battle site
Would start a whole new war
By using unintentional magic of hate.
And the war that was about to be created
Would surely bring the end of the country.
Gold found out what he did the hard way.
At the beginning of the war, his kingdom
Had been hosting prophecies of the world.
By reading one of these, Gold had decided
That he needed to prevent this from happening.
So Gold called in his former apprentice.
The two were best friends, almost like brothers.
'I cannot take out one of my own lives,'
Said Gold in a sad tone.
'Lives?' asked the apprentice.
Gold had obtained nine lives
By killing his younger brother.
The apprentice took out his blade,
Only to find out that he couldn't do it.
Gold would be shocked
To see his best friend die.
But it happened anyways.
A sorcerer had appeared from nowhere
And broke the heart of the apprentice
With magic itself.
Gold decided that if this continued
All of the country would be assassinated.
He put his hand on his chest,
Sad and distraught.
A heart-shaped orb had appeared.
'Forgive me, my brother,' Gold said.
Generating a knife with magic,
Gold put it in the hand of the apprentice.
The apprentice stabs the orb
With the help of Gold.
'My lives are yours now,' said Gold.
Closing his eyes,
He fades away into the darkness
To the point that
The New War never started.
In the distorted image,
A girl cries for her parents
As her memory was gone.
The apprentice wakes up
Not remembering
A little bit of information of the New War.
All afternoon, the boy looks for
His old master of magic.
But all he found was a distorted orb
Stabbed by a bloody knife.
