4th Gen Tips for becoming an Event Collector?

    I've decided to become an Event Collector! I've always loved event Pokemon, and I have kept all the ones I got since I started getting them in 2007 with TRU Manaphy. I also always import one of the two new games in Japanese, so I can get the Japanese Wi-Fi Events.

    Here's what I have so far:

    TRU Manaphy
    TRU Regigias
    Gamestop Jirachi
    Gamestop Pichu
    Japanese Pikachu-Colored Pichu
    Japanese Satoshi's Pikachu
    Darkrai (Newmoon)
    Shaymin (Flower Garden)
    Space Center Deoxys (Probably hacked, from GTS)
    10 Anniversary Celebi (Got off of eBay)
    I don't have the TRU Dragonite, Darkari, and Shaymin because I went through a small phase of being uninterested in Pokemon.

    But, any tips on event collecting would be great. Thanks. (:
     
    Don't really see how this relates to HGSS, or indeed where this would actually go, so going to close... (maybe VM people in the trade forum who have a large number of events for their thoughts?). But basically to get events or whatnot you'd just have to get some 'trade bait' - say other events/shiny/rare/strong pokemon that you can trade for those event Pokemon. That's the basis to trading for stuff you want, after all - if there's anything deeper than that plan I don't know of it. =p
