3rd Gen Tips for catching the legendaries (especially the dogs)

    This morning I decided to look for Suicune, so I put a Wobbefet into my party, because it's ability is Shadow Tag, which prevents the foe from escaping. I put a Tyranitar at the front and my plan was to get a sandstorm going, then switch to Wobbefet so Suicune couldn't escape. But when I changed Tyranitar with Wobbefet, Suicune fled. If anyone knows any tips for catching it, it would help alot. I thought of one where you stand in an area of grass, save, then check the pok?dex if Suicune was there. If it wasn't I'd turn it off and try again. Haven't made too much progress so far.....
