If you clicked on this thread and actually expected tips on how to use Fearow in OU, then I am sort of judging you. You won't find any here, but what you will find is my first RMT on this forum since like 2010. I originally made this team for round 2 of Wolf's / Anti's teambuilding competition, and by the grace of god it managed to win. Anyways, here is the team and you good people can help me make improvements.
Spoiler:

Rhyperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 212 HP / 44 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Smack Down
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
---
Now, I knew I needed something to setup rocks. At the time I originally made this team, I was overly concerned about beating "birdspam," so that's the real reason Rhyperior his here. Now that that has sort of died down, I'm open to replacing Rhyperior with something that well…has more use. This guy can't really do a lot to a lot of common metagame mons and I'm not a huge fan of that.

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Toxic
- Slack Off
---
As much of a vendetta I have against Mega Slowbro, Slowbro is still one of my favorite Pokémon nowadays and I plug him in on most any team if I can, whether it be as a late game win condition or as a physical wall, the latter being what I use him as here. Slowbro is a decent check to Mega Metagross and Keldeo, though I usually scout the hidden power type of Keldeo and coverage moves of MegaGross before switching in. Anyways yeah, he's bulky and besides handling those two, he can serve as a nice backup check to a lot of things.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Thunder Wave
- Wish
- Protect
---
I forgot what I originally had in the spot of Clefable, it might have been CB Azumarill, but that wasn't really working for me. Clefable provides much needed wish support and an answer to most setup sweepers. A big reason I added this guy in is because he allows me some wiggle room when it comes to playing around Mega Gyarados, but after its paralyzed I can relax a bit and knock it out with Moonblast, or at least force the switch. I have to be careful because remembering that Clefable is bulky but not really is key, and the amount of powerful attacks it can take is actually about 3 or 4 lol

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SpD
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Foul Play
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
---
Sableye's job is to deter those who want to fling around entry hazards or status as if they were Oprah Winfrey giving out prizes on an episode of one of her TV Shows. Knock Off is fun because people usually expect the Calm Mind set and switch to the appropriate check or counter, only for its item to be slapped clean off. I play a lot of mind games with this thing, and I only mega evolve it at the appropriate time. I usually try to throw around a few burns, but if that isn't needed then I just get right to the nitty gritty and evolve it to do its job. The rest of the set is fairly obvious, Recover is there for longevity purposes and Foul Play helps it not be setup bait to things like Char-X and Talonflame who love to switch in.

Talonflame @ Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Brave Bird
- Swords Dance
- Will-O-Wisp
- Roost
---
I chose to run a special defensive Swords Dance set on Talonflame because it enjoys the setup opportunities it gets when facing certain things like Zard-Y, opposing Mega-Sableye, etc. There's not really much else to say here lol.

Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Defog
- Trick
---
Alright, so this is the only slot that has given me any sort of problems. Latios is a nice revenge killer, and while I wouldn't have dared used this before, it actually works out quite nicely. Trick is fun because it lets me create setup bait out of things like Chansey and Ferrothorn who oh so commonly switch in. I am open to changing this slot as well.
I am a piece of crap and was too lazy to change the pokemon's explanations from what I'd already written in the other thread. It doesn't really matter though, the team still operates the same and all of that good stuff. Have fun rating.
