Randomly felt like making this card. Its my first in a awhile and I tried to do it without using the tutorial too much to see if I remembered how to make fake cards well. Credits to Fangking for the blanks and symbols as always. And yes I know Rockets don't have Staryus, but deal with it, its my fake. ;P

Other than that, I really can't find any fault in the work other than why the rocket's would call their Staryu 'Rocket's Staryu' when that title is usually given to 1337 pokemon like Scyther, Sneasel, and Mewtwo.
