More details? Did you get an error? If so, screenshot it and paste it into Microsoft Paint, save it as a PNG, then upload to https://imagehost.org/ and paste one of the forum codes for the image here.
 
It wont load on my xp pc. :S I cant screenie because it just doesnt load after i double click it.

thats just what i was about to ask!

it says "Component COMCTL32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"...HELP!
