    Hi guys im new to rom hacking and i was wondering if i can get some help with making a titlescreen.
    you will be credited.

    The Game is called Pokemon Neon.
    i would like to have a multicolored background with a recolored Pokemon sprite (in Bright neon colors)
    and a custom title
