    I might have 32 BP saved up, if so, what shinies or EV-trained Pokemon would you offer for Will-O-Wisp?

    Uhh....how did you get an egg of the Manaphy? You can't breed it.

    I want a Manaphy and Manaphy ONLY, not Phione. Phiones are incredibly common.
     
    well, I really dont think its worth it manaphy for a TM, when I already have 18 bp

    I have lvl 100s not ev trained, back when i traind them on sapphire I didnt know what ev's were.

    snorlax- bashful
    i could also trade u a lugia not lvl 100 with adamant, calm, gentle or quirky natures
