    Hi, I just got an Espeon, and it has NO psychic moves, so if someone could help me out, where can I get tm's like confusion, psychic, shadow ball, etc
     
    You can get Psychic from Saffron City/Celadon City Game Corner and Dream Eater from Viridian City. These are all Psychic-type move that damage foe and can be found on Hg/Ss.
     
    Espeon learns Confusion at 15(not a TM). It learns Psychic at 64, on top of already getting it at the places mentioned Sky Nights Edge Pokewalker course has one. Shadow Ball is Ghost not Psychic. You get one for defeating Morty, and then you could also spend 64 BP.
     
    And if your Espeon is above level 15 (or 36 when it learns Psybeam, 43 for Future Sight) you can have it relearn past moves by giving a Heart Scale to the move relearner in Blackthorn.
