[Battle] TM's and HM's help

    I want to attempt to add in the TM's present in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl into a Pokemon Emerald hack I am making. How would I go about that? I am also gonna expand the Pokedex/Pokemon slots as well using ChaCha Dinosaur's Pokemon Emerald Pokedex expansion Python script. Would I need to expand the TM's first, or run that script first. Also, I want to add in the HM's from D&P as well, how would I go about that? Any help is greatly appreciated.
