while kent watched the battle he noticed when collin saw the figure on the roof, and right before it sped away he pulled out his pokedex and found out that it was an aracainine with a large collar over its neck. "did u see that?" kent pionted up at the roof and kept on sayying :chinese: that was an arcainine,but why is the building on fire in the first place?
