To the Pokemon World and Back

I was in my room laying on my bed. It was a hard day, and I needed rest..
I turned on the tv, and to my comfort, pok?mon was on. But something was different...the people on the show looked like some people I knew! I leaned closer to make sure I was right, but as I did, my hands gave way. But instead of hitting the tv, I fell through it! As I did, my body broke up into electrons, and I was falling into the tv! After a few econds of falling, I felt grass beneath me. I got up and looked around. This was bizzare! Everthing was anim? style! And..over there..was Proffesor Birch! And all of the other people from town...
" What happened?" I asked the group.
 
"For some strange reason..." Cassidy said to the newest arrival. "We have been transported to the Pokemon world."

She looked around her just to make sure that what she had said was indeed correct, as if she hadn't believed it herself. As they neared the lab, she wondered if they would ever get back. However, most prominent on her mind was whether or not she could be a Pokemon trainer while she was here!
 
"My name is Alex and what is yours?"i asked the boy

I followed, staying a good distance away from the group, not wanting to talk to anyone. so long as I could avoid them, I was perfectly happy...
 
Cassidy walked inside after Professor Birch, and looked around her in disbelief. SHe couldn't beleive what was around her! Machines, pokeballs, everything! She looked around in awe, and finally, her eyes settled on a table with six pokeballs on them.

"Are...are we...are we starting Pokemon journeys?" she asked dumbly.
 
"May I have a Torchic also?" Cassidy asked, almost shyly. She looked at the Pokeballs and Pokedex in disbelief, and excitement.
 
OOC: Uh oh, Flygon Trainer...look at the post above yours ;)
 
Cassidy stepped back when Alex spoke to her. She didn't want to be rivals with anyone. Putting her pokeball containing Torchic in her belt, she turned away from the others.

"Thank you Professor Birch. Goodbye everyone," she said softly, disappearing through the door.

ic: "Could i have a Mudkip please?"i asked the professor
 
"I suppose I'll take a mudkip as well.." Mary Anne said, picking up the pokeball.. If she were there in time, she would have taken a torchic, but it didn't really matter. She was sure she'd make friends with mudkip just as well.. She turned to Alex.. "Well, my name is Mary Anne Johnson.. Nice to meet you.. Oh, I'd better get going, I suppose.. Um..Nice to meet you, once again.. I'll hopefully see you around." she said, and grabbing her pokeballs and pokedex, she hurried out of the lab..
 
OOC: Wah...sorry...got the names mixed!

IC: Cassidy started out on her own. She didn't want to travel with anyone. For the heck of it, she released the Torchic from its Pokeball, wanting to see what it was like.

The Torchic was a little...unusual. Her colors were reversed. Cassidy looked at her skeptically, which she took offensively, and promptly showed Cassidy just how awesome her ember attack was.

"I've only played Blue and Gold," Cassidy said to herself and the Torchic thoughtfully. "I have no idea how to do all this Hoenn stuff..."
 
"What you basically do is..to be confident. That's the only way you can control your pokemon.. Or like horses, if it does sense you being unconfident, it will throw you off its back.." a voice said from right behind Cassidy.. It was Mary Anne.. She smiled, and then waved.. "See you later then!" she said before going on her way..
