a long time ago, 1999ish, whenever blue was awesome, someone told that they caught a Togepi on it, i didnt belive it, but is it true? his mom even told me that he did caught a Togepi on it. just wondering

no, it's not true. Togepi wasn't even developed until GSC came out.

Maybe posssible but it hade to be a game shark or something like it to do that show it to u make him explain how he coaught it
