so im leveling up the togepi you get for the purpose of having a strong togekiss that knows sky attack. my question would be how do i obtain the move. togetic never learns it and bulbapedia says togekiss starts with it... can someone help me out here? thanks in advance.

Evolve into a togekiss and visit the guy that helps your
    pkm remember moves?

Okay, first off, there is a help thread stickied. >__>

Second, you can find him in Blackthorn City.

I'm using Togekiss and I just had him traded over to Platinum so that I could take him to the Move Tutor in Pastoria and have him relearn Aura Sphere and Air Slash. Not a big fan of Sky Attack, though. Great move and all, it's just not my thing. If you don't have Platinum, just go to Blackthorn City and seek out the Move Tutor.

Sky Attack is really mediocre on Togekiss.

First of all, Sky Attack requires charging. That already lowers its potential.

Second, Togekiss is a SPECIAL attacker. Sky Attack is PHYSICAL.

Damage is lowered horribly too. Just use Air Slash.

i was about to say the exact same thing.
I find though that Togekiss can be made good with just the use of TMs.

A decent little trick for togekiss
Have togekiss at the start of your party have it use toxic and then on the next go hyper beam most pokemon if there on even levels will faint.
Then when it offers you to switch pokemon say yes switch to a good pokemon for the element your fighting

Pretty much answered, with given suggestions.
