has anyone else noticed that Brock is the only colored person in the pokemon world ?

Everyone in Pokemon ish coloured in, not just Brock. Unless you mean something else.

Brock is the character that is the most "Asian" in Pokémon. That is also why he has squinty eyes. Notice how Ash and the others have big eyes and pale skin. Because they are considered "Caucasian".

Which is one reason why Tracey appeared on the scene. Nintendo of America wanted a more "American" character that the American audience could relate though. Thus, Tracey replaced Brock.

Saw how well that turned out, eh?

There are "Water People" race in 9th Movie. They have dark, greyish skin. They're definitely "coloured". But I heard they aren't pure human.
