Ev's are what determine how a pokemon gets its stats and so if you exploit it You can Create a pokemon that speciallises in a certain few stats and Can be Much Stronger than Un-Ev'ed pokemon who have Random EV's
Google it or somthing there are tones of Things that tell you how

No thanx i dont do EV'ed for shiny unless they have nice natures and IV's
