1) Samurai Jack
2) Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends
3) Animaniacs

Honourable Mentions: Xiaolin Showdown; Rocko's Modern Life; AAAH! REAL MONSTERS!; The Angry Beavers; SpongeBob Squarepants; Fairly Oddparents; Justice League Unlimited; Family Guy; Futurama; Seasons 1-8 of The Simpsons; Most things on Cartoon Network before 2002. I've heard a lot about Invader Zim, but I've never actually seen it.

3 Worst: (Like Kaga said, 90% of animation)

1) Rugrats

Dis-honourable Mentions: Everything not mentioned above that airs on Nickelodeon; Most things on Cartoon Network after 2002; All of Disney's animated series' (except Kim Possible, Darkwing Duck and Gargoyles); and a lot of anime.

B Daman or how ever it's spelled (I just fail to see the point in all of it)
Care bears (No one can like a show were you hear the words 'Care bears, love beam!' in every episode and the plot kinda sucks too)

The song is annoying. The title is annoying. I'm still trying to figure out what the point of the show is. The whole thing is pretty much weird to the point where it's just plain stupid.
