Lolz yeah yeah greatest try even though I didn't even try at all j/k J/K! OMG I did more than try I kinda like wasted 5 hours when I could've scanned it but no the scanner didn't work when I wanted to draw on paper! Lolz I'm making a racket.

Probs in some quiet park with tress shading them and a nice breeze, near the beach with friendly pokemon nearby.
 
Gardens, yes, maybe they would be happy, but what about the owner of the garden? The torchic might ignite them on fire~ XD

If there was a national show on and people brought in there pokemon, would Torchic be in the farm animal pavilion, dairy pavilion, or something like that. If you need anymore help, just make your own topic XD

Hehe, a nice carrot cake with orange icing and a sugar-ink photo of Torchic for the top surface, with pink writing encased in a red heart, saying "Happy birthday to the Kawaii Torchic~" With swirls of white cream on the edges and sprinkled with roast almonds on the side. ^^ Me care for Torchic
