I'm getting a Mega Blaziken Event with Speed boost, I can breed it and if I get a Torchic with speed boost I'll trade it to you, but I only have Pokémon Y so you'll have to use Pokémon X or Y or OR or AS, but I'd be happy to breed one for you.
