Hi, Is there a variation on Torkoal 100/127 because I can't seem to find any others where the border is also a reverse holo?

Probably a glitch. That card's border should not be reverse holo.

I also got these as well

11/146 Mewtwo neither holo or reverse holo and RT1 Fan Rotom non reverse holo, i cant find these 2 anywhere, all 3 came in a giant pokemon card collection I just acquired

Ive checked them over considering the amount of fakes, but there exactly the same as pack fresh, store bought cards.

TCGO and he is right for some cards I have seen that the border is s-s-sllllightly(slightly) glitched.
