    Maybe someone can help a noob here. How do I open an IPS file into my VBA or No$GBA? Sorry, maybe this isnt the best spot to ask this, but its so frustrating to see all these games and not being able to play them
     
    I have no idea, but I belive there is a section on the site for a question like that... No idea what the section is named tought, try finding it ^^

    I do believe you'll find the answer you're looking for in this thread right -> here. Patching .ips files isn't really too difficult at all once you get the hang of it. Just follow the instructions, and you'll be set.

    But, since this isn't an introduction...
