In my current project, I'm trying to make a signature move for a Water/Poison Type regional evolution of Croconaw, and my idea was a move that deals damage but also lays down a layer of Toxic Spikes, like the move of the same name. I tried copying the same battle effect that Toxic Spikes uses, but it looks like it doesn't allow for damage to be applied as well. When making a new battle effect for the new move, does anyone know what code I have to put in to make it deal damage?

It looks like the function code for that would be DealDamageAddToxicSpikesToFoeSide, but I don't know whether the equivalent codes for other hazards are supported by base Essentials or require one of Lucidious09's plugins, or whether the effect you want is supported at all without having to copy and modify the scrips for one of the others.
