I want to claim pokemon in my siggy with the moving party pokemon sprites.

For that you simply need to find the images you wanna use in your signature, copy their address, and add them together with an IMG-Tag to your signature. (Or just upload them to an imagehost like www.tinypic.com)
Pokémon claims can be made in the claim thread of the Pokémon General forum.

However, this has nothing to do with the topic of this thread.

If you want a sprite for that then you can always PM a few spriters and ask them if they will make you one.
