i already have a competitive scyther but this one is 6Ivs so why not :P

Sure can, I'll be on in a few. I haven't bred any EM's into these if Scizor needs them for competition.

It's ability is static, which changes to motor drive after evolving into Electivire.

It's HA vital spirit is consistent throughout all 3 of its evolutions though.
