4th Gen trade evolutions help plz

i joined because i need help, i have a scyther and an electabuzz that i need to trade to evolve on my S/S, i have pokemon black as well but it won't let you trade between the 2, i'd give the person who helped me something... i have 2 - 3 master balls, i have a couple eevees, and i also have a charmander that i'd be willing to give for help
