I honestly haven't a clue what to do,if you do,I posted the stats,you can do the math.
Plus,I heard it's hard to tell IV's from level 1.

its merely impossible, you cant lol you gotta get him to level 25 at least and keep track of his EVs then do stuff with the IV calculator *its like getting a 5 yr old to learn multiplication XD

I always thought that you had to get the poke to lvl.20 to know it's IV's for sure :3
