Not really since I have both. I thought they both had there good things about them and their quirks. Some people may like HGSS out of nostalgia sake, but it really didn't bring anything new to the table(and yes Follow Me was utilized in Yellow or course not the the extend as this game). If I traded it in for BW I wouldn't be disappointed in the slightest, I already played the game through in HGSS and GSC so I have already maximized it's replay value. If it is such an issue why don't you trade in BW game for HGSS?

Sorta,Hg is simply much more funner in my honest though,black/white get's boring after a little while,but they both have a up and down side thing about them,heart gold being a bit to easy,I got to Claire when my starter was lv 60,while in white,it simply massive amount of grinding until I get a lucky egg,then more grinding,it's not really honestly fun,wasting all my time grinding to a certain lv,so yeah,I share you 2 cents about heart gold and white.

HG/SS without the Pokewalker cost as much as B/W. The 5 dollar difference was all in the Pokewalker.
Other wise. I'm actually the opposite of what you say. I hate pretty much everything about HG/SS. I don't like remakes at all. Wasn't impressed with the release info. Played through it once and beet the entire thing within a week. I expected a whole lot more from HG/SS especially because it was a remake but it left me wanting so much more than it should have.
Black and White on the other hand blew my mind out of the water. I LOVE triple and rotation battles with a passion. Love the new ways to meet Pokemon (rustling grass, water spot, dust cloud). I feel Gamefreak went a little to much over the top with the zoom panning camera at various point and wish they stayed a little more close to the character rather than always zooming so far out that you look like a speck.
Other than that in my books Black and White far outshine HG/SS.
