    i really want flawless or almost PERFECT IV'ed pokemon...but any pokemon that has excellent IV's and/or EV's will do as well

    Female Ralts Modest Nature Maxed IV's in Sp.atk/Sp.def/HP or just sp.atk and sp.def...
    Female Sneasel Adamant nature Maxed IV's in ATK and SPD and has the egg move Ice Punch
    Eevee Adamant MAxed IV;s in atk and def/Modest MAxed IV's in Sp.atk/sp.def/HP
    Gible adamant nature Maxed IV's in Atk Def and Spd
    Any EV trained pokemon as well will do

    IF they dont have all of those IV's MAxed or at a excellent rate, then 2 out of 3 arent bad.... Post Offers and i will get back as soon as possible

    [SIZE="4"][COLOR="Red"]REMEMBER!!![/COLOR][/SIZE] IF the Shiny IS Legendary the cost is two (2) pokemon...

    BTW I will Not EXCEPT HACKED POKEMON...IF it ever comes to a situation including that, it will resolve in immediate booting soo be aware!!!​

    For your shiny Charmander, I have Kyogre/Groudon/Rayquaza (their nicknamed) or any starters from any region and their evolved forms or I can clone any of the Sinnoh legendaries for you except for the 3 event ones. It just takes a while.
    Unfortunately, none of the Pokes are EV or IV trained :/
