Sorry to let you down, but I don't trade hacked pokemon. The cherish ball was a dead giveaway. Nice try though.
 
I didnt know it was hacked i got it from a trade. in serebii it says: holds Pokémon given away at official events

Do you want a PKRSed pokemon? If I get that Shiny Chimchar, then I could give it PKRS.
I also have a lot of feebas eggs. Check out my thread and see if you want anything.
I don't care if the Lugia or the item is legit or illegit.

And coincidently it has every ribbon awarded in the game INCLUDING battle tower ribbons (Lugia is banned from the battle tower), has the moves Hydro Cannon, Sacred Fire, and Thunder punch, caught in a cherish ball, and has the ability wonder guard. Give it up, it's hacked.

So where'd the moves, ability, and ribbons come from?

Action Replay probably, they have really elaborate cheats nowadays. You may have got it from someone else, but the forum rules prohibit trade of hacked pokemon.

Action Replay.

I know someone on a different forum who has an Action Replay code that can make any pokemon with any ability and moveset, and any place where it's caught. He can even make it shiny.

OK, since I hear this is a hacked Pokémon, I'll go all closy-closy on this one. Check the stats, and moveset, see if it's suspicious. If it is, then don't put it on trade, jonjosh.
