No i got the Dialga off the GTS and then i asked if it was legit as a thread on here and some guy said it was legit and he asked if he could have it but i said no

Just as I said. Without some tools, you can't say if something is legit, event if it has correct stats, met flag, and level.

yes but as zama says if you use AR shiny cheat everything looks perfect, so only a certain online tool can tell if its hacked.

I tested this by getting a friend to purposefully AR a Bidoof and I got one that someone had chained that i got in a trade, we ran both through the program and the AR one which looked perfect came up hacked which it was.
