Okay the problem with hacked Pokemon is because the game is basically also a where you collect these creatures.

Basically you dont want fake stuff. So Pokemon runs the same way. If I was collecting Pokemon cards I wouldnt want fake cards.

The fact that you've done everything but say it's legit leads me to believe this is indeed caught via the use of cheating devices (action reply, code breaker, gameshark; eg. hacked). Therefore I will be closing this thread now.
