    Offer decently, I'm pretty much looking for Pokemon NOT found in Sinnoh.

    Offer freely.
     
    l will offer a Charmander or Bulbasaur. Take your pick. :)
     
    I have a Phanphy, Chinchou, Linoone, Keckleon and Sabeleye wasting space in my boxes. I can probably get most Sapphire-available pokemon too if none of these take your fancy.
