Trading Shinies/Legendaries/Normal pkmn/Ev train pkmn/Items

It's an electric type and has that low of a Sp. Atk. Forget it. Your Electivire is weakner than normal Electivire's. Even weaker than Electivires trained off of Rare Candies...

K, you want to battle, then fine, whatever. But with those stats, I can hardly say it's EV trained. Well, actually, it depends on when you evolved it.

For an a Pokemon when you evolve it doesnt really matter. It's stats will get recalculated to the new base stats when it evolves.

Then there's no way you could of EV trained it.
