Anyone know how many trainer NPC's in RS and Emerald there are? where they are, and what they want to trade?

Im closing out my copy of Ruby for my kid, and wanna collect up the traded pokemon, so need some help.

in Rustburo city,

you can trade a ralts for seedot

in Fortree city,

you trade volbeat for plusle

in Pacifidlog town,

you trade Bagon for a Horsea

in a house in the Battle Frontier

you can trade a Skitty for a Meowth
