Um, the Lv. 4 Bibarel and Staravia are completely 100% hacked. You might want to get them off of here before someone reports you or a mod comes snooping around.

Actually, you can find lvl 4 staravias and lvl 4 bibarels at lake verity.
Really? I looked and didn't find any but I only looked for a few minutes so you still could be right.

Actually, you can find lvl 4 staravias and lvl 4 bibarels at lake verity.
I have the Bibarel. You can catch it after the event at Mt. Cornet. As for the Starvia, I haven't encountered one of those yet. (I was using the Poke Radar, however.)
