Can you trade from Pokemon Red (GBC)----> Ruby version? Cuz i want to do a charmander for gyrados trade

No, it is impossible. The reason for this is becuase GBC games and GBA games are not compatible in any way. R/B/Y can only trade with G/S/C. I hope I helped.

No, it is not possible in any way. You can use codes to get what pokemon you want.
