    Hello everyone!

I've been working on my FireRed hack for a bit now, and have come to a roadblock regarding trainer editing. For edits to Pokemon stats and such, I've been using HexManiacAdvance and really enjoying its versatility. However, for trainer editing I'd rather use a more directed program to streamline the process. The issue is, I can't get AdvanceTrainer or Hopeless to work properly, as they get errors upon opening a ROM. I thought it might've been something wrong with my edited ROM, but they won't open a clean one either so I'm not sure what's wrong exactly. Worst comes to worst, I can just edit all the trainers in HMA, but hopefully it doesn't come to that.

(here is a screenshot of the error I get when I try to open my ROM in Hopeless, in case it helps)

    Maybe try from HackROMtools.
