When necessary, you can switch out a girlfriend for an HM slave, but only when it is necessary (Smeargle can know any move, so I guess you could get it to surf and fly, but it's not necessary for Smeargle to know either of those moves)

0.0... Well I have just now trained Smeargle far enough where he gets a weird move on here known as sketch... The first time I've ever ran up on this attack so it intrigued me (since I've never heard of it and it strangly enough only has 1 PP(even Self-Destruct and Explosion which destroy your Pokemon have 5PP lol)) and I used it on the first enemy I came up on (being a Pidgeotto) and it automatically turned into Sand Attack and even after I go to rest at a pokecenter it still remains as Sand Attack, oh and he cant learn HM's or TM's of any kind no matter which type it is (even Headbutt and Iron Tail which are ones I thought he wouldnt have a problem with learning)... Sooo aparently what the deal is, is that he CAN learn any move, but he has to learn it from an enemy and even if he uses Sketch on them you still cant pick which move because it is random... Sooo yea I have to use HM slaves at certain points :(.... But now that I know how sketch works if he ever learns it again (or maybe another one or watever) then maybe I can time it on the right enemy and hope he picks the right move lol... Definatly a challenge... Which is a good thing lol =)... Sorry this was such a long message I didnt mean it to be lol... Oh and for the actual update on my progress... I now have (after super training/grinding) a 30 Gravler(which i will soon evolve into Golem), 25 Smeargle, 25 Evee (soon to be an Umbreon), 23 Bayleef, 30 Sneasel, 20 Vulpix... And ummm... like I said... Sorry for the LONGEST message ever lmao

Disko_ROCK: The Naturalist
A down to earth person, you love the peace and tranquility of nature. The rising deforestation disgusts you, as does the scourge of the all-consuming fire and the ravenous poison. Therefore, you must defeat every fire and poison type you come across, as well as every Team Rocket grunt, and every Firebreather and Policeman (And anyone else that I can't remember that always uses Poison or Fire types). Furthermore, you try to emphasize natural healing -- instead of using Potions or Full Heals, heal your pokemon using Berries or Bitter salves. Even if your pokemon don't like the bitter taste, you decide that it's more natural than mass-produced Potions, with god-knows-what inside them, and you don't want to expose your pokemon to that disgusting mess.

Victreebel: The Faithful Companion
[Forest, Grass, Slender (Definitely as a bellsprout :u), Loyal, Hates Fire]
Caught early on, your bellsprout will evolve into this behemoth - a loyal Victreebel. However, he has one problem - a huge appetite. To sate his appetite, Victreebel must be the one to defeat any and every Bug type you fight, unless he has fallen in battle. However, ever since he evolved into Weepinbell, you've noticed he was a little slimmer than most, despite this appetite. Thus, he must always know GROWTH, to keep him at a healthy size.

Lanturn: The Brains
[Water, Smart and Unattractive, Brains, Analytical, Blue]
Ever since you caught this pokemon as a Chinchou, you realized it was smarter than most pokemon. You notice that it keeps trying to communicate with you through blinking lights uncannily similar to Morse Code. However, it's also timid, due to its intelligence -- It avoids fighting pokemon with a type advantage over it, and always goes into battle last. However, if it means helping out Victreebel, he'll gladly leap into battle with him.

Growlithe: The Runt
[Loyal, Orange, You hating fire]
While travelling, you found this stray Growlithe barely surviving off of some trash thrown out of the city. His ribs were showing, his fur was matted, and he looked overall pitiful. While you hate fire types, you couldn't help but save this poor pokemon from certain death. It soon becomes loyal to you, and at night, jumps out into battle at the first chance to defend you. However, you make a vow not to let him spread any flame; He may not know any fire type moves, and you refuse to let him evolve into a flame-bearing Arcanine. Your pokemon aren't quite as receptive as the fire type, though; if any of them find themselves in a double battle with him, they attack him relentlessly until he faints, or until they faint. Growlithe will always attack back when Victreebel or Lanturn attacks him.

Shorthanded:
You: Defeat every Rocket Grunt, Firebreather, and Policeman. Only use Berries and Bitter things (You can use potions, but stop when you can get these)

Victreebel: Defeat every Bug type using Victreebel, always know Growth. If Victreebel ends up with Growlithe in a double battle, the two must fight until one faints.

Lanturn: Doesn't fight pokemon with a type advantage over him (Ground, Grass). Always goes into Single Battles last (You're allowed to switch out, but if you do, you still have to switch him in last), but always fights alongside Victreebel in a Double Battle. If Lanturn ends up with Growlithe in a double battle, the two must fight until one faints.

Growlithe: Fights first at night. Cannot evolve, can't use Fire moves, can't fight alongside Victreebel or Lanturn when in double battles. If Growlithe ends up with Victreebel or Lanturn in a double battle, the two must fight until one faints.

It's a win-win situation, so why not? And giving out the excuse, "I can't make good teams" is a bunch of BS. Just think realistically and with your head. As for as I can tell, from the hundreds of tests I've done, about 99% of you answer "BRAINS" for question B.

Well, it looks like this is your first post on Pokecommunity! So welcome to Pokecommunity! Though this is like... 4 days late. Better late than never, right?

Game Level Designer
That's what I'd call it. There are no limits to what you can design, especially to backgrounds and the imagery. I suppose the only real limitation is your imagination. You are quite free-flowing and prefer a loose work environment. And like any other normal person, you enjoy taking short vacations to exotic places. But you never take vacations if you have work done, as you will stay on weeks on end to perfect the designs and backgrounds with every single pixel.

Team:
Starmie the Water-type and a signature Pokemon of Misty's. It's demonic when you battle Misty in-game though -_-; It's rather elegant in my opinion, since the gem in the center is basically a rainbow cube. It's difficult, to me, to define whether or not a starfish is fat or not. I would assume it to be a bit more slender, so I'll go along with that.

Glaceon is an Ice-type Pokemon. It is slender as well as being a bit feline. That's what I would classify it as. And obviously, it is a mammal. It also looks like a Pokemon that could be emotionally connecting, though it sounds like I'm being partial to cats. Adding to that, it's sky blue!

Houndoom is a Fire-type Pokemon that fits very well. It's a canine and slender, so that works out for that. And it's a mammal, since it's a canine. And it exemplifies your more "masculine" side being more disorderly and slightly devilish.

Special Missions
Perfection is your middle name. You are in a state of a "nuzlocke", where if a Pokemon faints you can't use that Pokemon. However, you can still use the species again. So let's say your Glaceon is nicknamed Sparkles. If Sparkles faints, you can't use Sparkles again. But if you catch another Glaceon named Hailey, you can use it.

No move types can be the same. So, if Houndoom has Thunderfang, Starmie can't have Thunderbolt. This doesn't apply with stat boosting moves and the like, since most stat boosting moves are Normal/Psychic and that's a huge majority of moves.

Catch five Pokemon in each route/cave. This is a bit reminiscent of Misty, since I remember she liked fishing a lot but didn't exactly catch that many Pokemon. She did participate in the fishing contests in which she released the Pokemon afterwards. Well, the Pokemon you catch don't need to be used in your team. You just need to take the time to catch them. Also, you must catch all legendary Pokemon.

Yes, doing this assignment took me nearly thirty minutes. At least I think it did. Enjoy!

This Cryogonal, however, is a tad quirky, caused by a mutation in its creation; when it learns a new attack, it prefers to forget its moves in a set pattern, that being move 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 1. Example:

Cryogonal knows Bind, Ice Shard, Sharpen, and Rapid Spin. It reaches Lv.17 and learns Icy Wind; Bind is the first in the pattern, so it forgets Bind. Next, Cryogonal learns Mist. Next up in the pattern is Ice Shard, so Ice Shard is forgotten. Etc etc ad nauseum.

Furthermore, as more quirks of Cryogonal, when outdoors during the daytime, Cryogonal is less confrontational, due to the higher heat outside. It avoids any pokemon with a type advantage over it. However, at nighttime or when indoors, it feels emboldened, and thus rushes out to attack any and every pokemon.
(A+ if it's got a quirky nature)

Zoroark: The Scholar
[Red, Brains, Forest, Neutral Alignment, Mammals, Intelligent, Lower confidence]
As faithful and loyal as any canine companion, Zoroark is a vulpine of refined tastes. Intelligent as a human, Zoroark quite enjoys art and science, occasionally even taking it upon him/herself to draw. (S)he refuses to be seen empty-handed, and thus always holds some kind of item. In combat, however, these eccentricities may be his downfall -- while unafraid to go into battle, he disguises himself as a teammate. Once this disguise is broken once, a wave of fear washes over him and he switches with one of his teammates. After a turns, though, he regains his confidence and can leap back in, this time unafraid of his guise being broken.
(A+ if (s)he's got a timid nature)

Sawk: The Bear Grylls
[Muscularity for survival, smart, royal blue, forest, mammals, higher confidence]
Sawk is the survivor of your group. With a low defence but high offence, he dishes out strong blows to all your foes. However, he's centered around his own survival -- if his health gets low, he tends to switch out, stretching his time left. Other than that, Sawk is a much more practical pokemon than the rest of your team, and doesn't let strange quirks like melting or timidity bother him. They never made sense anyway.

Shorthanded:

Cryogonal: Learns its moves in a 1-2-3-4-1 pattern, as described above. Outdoors+Daytime: Hides from Fighting, Fire, Rock, and Steel types, going into battle only if it must. Indoors+Nighttime: Is first into every battle, unless fainted.

Zoroark: Always holds an item, must switch out and wait 2 turns after the first time his/her illusion is broken.

Sawk: Must switch out if low on health.

I didn't want to make the challenges too hard, since the pokemon you have will already make this difficult enough XP Have fun!

Sceptile: The Coffee Guy
[Green, Reptiles, Grass being 2nd favorite, Sceptile learns Dragon Moves, Clever, Slender]

Sceptile has been your partner ever since he was a small Treeko. Unfortunately, after receiving strong and more experienced Pokemon, while your Treeko wasn't learning any good moves on it's own, you demoted him and he must compete for your heart by giving you coffee.

It must be your first Pokemon to catch/import and you must have it on your team before Falkner. Sceptile can only know attacking moves as soon as possible since he is always striving to be the better worker and has no time for stalling. Every time you reach a new town you must sell items equal to 500 Poke to pay for Coffee. You cannot heal Sceptile unless you use cost effective Lemonade, Fresh Water, Soda Pops or Miltank's Milk Drink.

Miltank: The Secretary
[More Feminine Version of the Tauros, Unattractive?, Away from society]

Miltank, your secretary, came around right after Treeko's evolution into Grovyle. She was added onto the job since with her self-producing milk, it lowers costs on drink supplies. She is also pretty smart.

You cannot get Miltank until Treeko is a Grovyle, and you must catch a Miltank who's nature doesn't lower Speed, as she works hard and fast. She must always know Milk Drink and must use it in the overworld when one of your Pokemon have low (Red) HP.

Exploud: The Second in Command
[Musical Ear, Listens to Anything, Exploud makes lots of noise, and New Years is noisy]

Exploud is the head honcho when your not around, he is very confident and likes it when things goes his way. If it doesn't, he punishes himself. He came into the business when you had a plethora of money.

Can only catch it when you have 50,000 Poke (if it's too much I'll change it). He must always be the highest leveled member of your team as soon as possible and if a Pokemon faints, you must Random Number Generate a number 1-4, the number that is chosen he cannot use until 15 IN GAME minutes.

Disko_ROCK: The Naturalist
A down to earth person, you love the peace and tranquility of nature. The rising deforestation disgusts you, as does the scourge of the all-consuming fire and the ravenous poison. Therefore, you must defeat every fire and poison type you come across, as well as every Team Rocket grunt, and every Firebreather and Policeman (And anyone else that I can't remember that always uses Poison or Fire types). Furthermore, you try to emphasize natural healing -- instead of using Potions or Full Heals, heal your pokemon using Berries or Bitter salves. Even if your pokemon don't like the bitter taste, you decide that it's more natural than mass-produced Potions, with god-knows-what inside them, and you don't want to expose your pokemon to that disgusting mess.

Victreebel: The Faithful Companion
[Forest, Grass, Slender (Definitely as a bellsprout :u), Loyal, Hates Fire]
Caught early on, your bellsprout will evolve into this behemoth - a loyal Victreebel. However, he has one problem - a huge appetite. To sate his appetite, Victreebel must be the one to defeat any and every Bug type you fight, unless he has fallen in battle. However, ever since he evolved into Weepinbell, you've noticed he was a little slimmer than most, despite this appetite. Thus, he must always know GROWTH, to keep him at a healthy size.

Lanturn: The Brains
[Water, Smart and Unattractive, Brains, Analytical, Blue]
Ever since you caught this pokemon as a Chinchou, you realized it was smarter than most pokemon. You notice that it keeps trying to communicate with you through blinking lights uncannily similar to Morse Code. However, it's also timid, due to its intelligence -- It avoids fighting pokemon with a type advantage over it, and always goes into battle last. However, if it means helping out Victreebel, he'll gladly leap into battle with him.

Growlithe: The Runt
[Loyal, Orange, You hating fire]
While travelling, you found this stray Growlithe barely surviving off of some trash thrown out of the city. His ribs were showing, his fur was matted, and he looked overall pitiful. While you hate fire types, you couldn't help but save this poor pokemon from certain death. It soon becomes loyal to you, and at night, jumps out into battle at the first chance to defend you. However, you make a vow not to let him spread any flame; He may not know any fire type moves, and you refuse to let him evolve into a flame-bearing Arcanine. Your pokemon aren't quite as receptive as the fire type, though; if any of them find themselves in a double battle with him, they attack him relentlessly until he faints, or until they faint. Growlithe will always attack back when Victreebel or Lanturn attacks him.

Shorthanded:
You: Defeat every Rocket Grunt, Firebreather, and Policeman. Only use Berries and Bitter things (You can use potions, but stop when you can get these)

Victreebel: Defeat every Bug type using Victreebel, always know Growth. If Victreebel ends up with Growlithe in a double battle, the two must fight until one faints.

Lanturn: Doesn't fight pokemon with a type advantage over him (Ground, Grass). Always goes into Single Battles last (You're allowed to switch out, but if you do, you still have to switch him in last), but always fights alongside Victreebel in a Double Battle. If Lanturn ends up with Growlithe in a double battle, the two must fight until one faints.

Growlithe: Fights first at night. Cannot evolve, can't use Fire moves, can't fight alongside Victreebel or Lanturn when in double battles. If Growlithe ends up with Victreebel or Lanturn in a double battle, the two must fight until one faints.

Since you only have Bellsprout now, you can use Chikorita, but I'd train Bellsprout more knowing that you'll ditch Chikorita later. :3

LILIGANT : The Botanical Expert
There's no better expert than a plant itself, right? Not really, since giant flower ladies seem to worry themselves with other things, but at least she can keep you on track when you think up of wild theory about the depression-curing properties of a vine when you simply had some extra coffee that morning. You can also compare her botanical features with that of other botany. It's feminine, green, and slender.

Accelgor : The Other M Expert
Call me unoriginal because of the title. I couldn't come up with anything else. >__>

Accelgor is, apart from serving the same purpose Liligant does except for insects, the mixer of the group (sorry for forgetting the technical term, I'm sort of short on time). He mixes the chemicals you've already collected with his own substances and viola, there you go! He's slender, and certainly unnattractive. Also, I always imagened him with a flute.

Special Mission
You hate factory remedies (Potions, Ethers, etc) and never use them outside of battle--and you can only use one inside battle (per battle). You can use berries whenever you like.

In addition, the only held items you can use are berries.

Whenever you encounter a grass-type, unless she is fainted, Liligant must be the one to face it.
