I use the vs seeker on the karate guys by the ember spa. Lv. 50-55 pokemon, and when you need to heal, the ember spa is right there.

Anyway, I battle the "Elite" Four to level up my team. I go there mainly for the money and of course the experience points.

Do you ev train your pokemon before you train on Elite Four?

Mostly the E4. I also do some double battles like the interviewers. I use a weak Pokemon and strong one with a move which hits both opponents then, I think that's a good way to level up weak Pokemon.
