Technically Seribii they are not "your" sprites as they all belong to Nintendo, and also you should be flattered people want to use "your" (cough cough) sprites! If it'll make you feel better i'll put "Sprites by Seribii.net" under my card. Lighten up a little man!

You couldnt be more wrong. Those sprites being used from the Manga section were made by my friend Coronis for Serebii.net and only Serebi.net not Nintendo

I have seen at least 2 cases on Page 5...I dont want them removed, I just dont want it to happen again

actually serebii, he couldn't be more right. it doesn't matter who made them, but who "invented" them. in this case the creators of pokemon. Since they own the actual rights to all their products and ideas those sprites belong to them... But since they don't care if you make them or if people use them they don't go around making lawsuits. You may have made them, but you can't say who can use them or not. only nintendo and the pokemon creators...

p.s.- the only way you can legally restrict the use of sprites from your site is by taking them off.

Actually Kabutops you are wrong, every sprite that is made by Coronis (who actually made them) is his sprites and his to use, he has the rights of the sprites and he can do what ever he wants with them, even if they are Pokemon related, they are still his.
And he made them for Serebii to use for his manga section on Serebii.net.

Therefor you are not allowed to use them for Trainer Cards or anything else without permission.
